Programme Structure

NSUEM MBA programme lasts for two years and, upon the completion of the first stage students receive an Advanced Training Certificate, which meets Russian standards. Upon completion of the second stage and successful presentation of a graduate thesis graduates receive a Russian Professional Continued Education Diploma and an international MBA. This course structure is exclusive for the Russian Federation and Novosibirsk.

The MBA programme has two stages. Each stage represents the completion of a specific educational level, which is recognized by the issue of a corresponding certificate:

1^st stage (one year):

• Management Information Systems
• Economics
• Quantitative Methods
• Marketing Management
• Human Resources Management
• Operations Management

Upon completion of the first year, an Advanced Training Certificate from NSUEM is issued .

2^nd stage (one year):

• International Business
• Corporate Strategy
• Managerial Finance
• Managing Strategic Change
• Accounting for Decision Making
• Investment and Portfolio Management
• Business and Professional Ethics
• Management Science
• International Marketing

Upon completion of the second year, a MANCOSA MBA degree is awarded along with a Professional Continued Education Diploma in Management issued by NSUEM.
